The City of Copenhagen wanted to create more play and more attention to a small park in a residential area. The tender was based on creating a spectacular play tower that would be a new attraction for the park and would inspire kids aged 8-13 to come play and use the park.

The central piece of the playground is a 300 year old oak tree that had to be removed because of a new railway line. This wonderful tree now has a new life and creates great joy for a lot of kids in Copenhagen.
