The offer is a confidential document between sales and customer and may not be copied, disclosed, or otherwise presented to third parties other than building authorities.
Payment deadline is 15 days net unless otherwise agreed. If the payment deadline is exceeded, reimbursement fee and 1.5% interest will be added per month commenced.
Prices are subject to soil compaction, stones and other elements, including cables & pipes, in the subsoil (ø> 30 cm) complicating the work. The customer supplies drawings of all relevant cables & pipes in the subsoil at least 1 week before startup. There must be access to 230v and 380v max 50m from the assembly site.
Prices relating to relocation of soil applies solely to clean soil.
Prices require access by truck with crane for direct delivery at the site.
Design of the playground equipment
The final design of the playground equipment depends on the actual trees available for the project, and therefore the final design of the products is part of a creative process as the work moves forward.
Wood is a natural material, and scratches caused by the wind may occur after assembly. Any repair of these scratches is considered as regular maintenance.
Hampus’ guide to general maintenance is attached to the invoice. By request, it can be delivered earlier.
Hampus provides the following warranties:
10 years against failure due to material and construction defects on all steel foundations.
10 years against decay, fungus and break due to material and fabrication defects in robinia.
10 years against decay, fungus and break due to material and fabrication defects in oak.
5 years against material defects and fabrication defects in climbing net and climbing rope.
5 years against decay, fungus and break due to material and fabrication defects in douglas pine.
The warranty does not cover:
• wear and tear, vandalism and abuse
• surface corrosion on metal parts
• discoloration of the surface or similar cosmetic damage
• tightening of bolts, screws, nuts, etc.
• plastic plugs and plastic covers which are removed
• the warranty does not cover if the products have not been maintained in accordance with Hampus’ maintenance guide.
Complaints must be submitted in writing with valid invoice and image documentation enclosed.
